Le d\u00e9veloppement des anticorps est soumis \u00e0 un processus appel\u00e9 tol\u00e9rance immunitaire. Chaque anticorps produit chez un animal est test\u00e9 pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se lier \u00e0 des auto-antig\u00e8nes. Si les aptam\u00e8res sont moins sp\u00e9cifiques que cela, ils seront satur\u00e9s en se liant \u00e0 l'HSA et la sensibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection de votre cible sera perdue dans la matrice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3>Une nouvelle approche de la tol\u00e9rance immunitaire<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C'est pourquoi les aptam\u00e8res n'ont pas r\u00e9ussi jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans les applications de diagnostic.
