Les s\u00e9quences sont des cha\u00eenes d'informations et, en tant que telles, des milliers de s\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre compar\u00e9es en une seule ex\u00e9cution. La cl\u00e9 pour faire de m\u00eame avec les structures est de r\u00e9duire l'information structurelle en cha\u00eenes d'informations. Nous disposons d'un logiciel qui nous permet de d\u00e9finir l'\u00e9tat d'un nucl\u00e9otide en termes de son statut structurel. Ceci est entr\u00e9 comme un code et rendu comme une cha\u00eene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous utilisons ensuite une suite de logiciels internes qui nous permettent de pr\u00e9dire des milliers de ces structures \u00e0 partir d'un ensemble de donn\u00e9es et de les comparer pour identifier des similitudes. Nous superposons cette analyse \u00e0 l'analyse s\u00e9quentielle plus traditionnelle pour d\u00e9velopper une compr\u00e9hension de l'effet qu'une s\u00e9lection a eu sur la structure de l'aptam\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une m\u00e9ta-analyse des structures d'aptam\u00e8res, coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00e9ta-analyse des s\u00e9quences, nous permet de changer la mani\u00e8re dont nous choisissons les s\u00e9quences candidates pour des analyses plus approfondies. Dans le pass\u00e9, nous choisissions des s\u00e9quences individuelles en fonction de l'effet de la s\u00e9lection de diff\u00e9rentes cibles sur elles.
